COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) Update

Dear Tenants
Please be aware that we will be shutting the CHC office from tomorrow Tuesday 24th March 2020 until further notice.
Rest assure that the management team and staff of CHC have
been planning for sometime the possibility of the office closing
and our staff are equipped to run business as usual remotely
from their homes.

Maintenance requests that are not urgent please submit via our website here.
We ask for your patience as our capacity to perform non-urgent repairs has greatly reduced.
