Community Housing Canberra are offering a short, limited opportunity to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for two bedroom homes in the Strathnairn Women’s Housing Initiative.

This initiative offers a unique pathway from renting to owning, designed specifically for working single women who are locked out of the private market.

Participants rent at below 75% of market rate, allowing them to build savings over time, with a secure, long term tenancy and a clear, supported option to purchase their home in the future if and when they are financially ready.

We are commencing finalisation of the tenant selection and have capacity to consider additional EOIs for a small number of two bedroom properties.
