Application Process

We advertise available properties on our website and on All Homes. To be considered for one of our properties, you must meet the eligibility criteria.
CHC does not keep a waiting list of applicants for available homes.

If you wish to apply for one of our advertised properties, you will need to either create an account via our website or visit our office to complete an application.

Please note that we do not conduct open homes, if you have been selected as the successful applicant a viewing of the property will be made available.
