CHC financially supported by the ACT Government and NHFIC, propose to deliver up to 22 affordable rental dwellings for at-risk Canberra women in Strathnairn, Canberra.

Pending external approvals, CHC anticipates the construction of the Built-to-Rent-to-Buy Women’s Housing Initiative Pilot Project will commence around December this year with completion in late 2024.
