While our organisation is not-for profit and for-purpose, the profits we derive from the development and sales arm of our business are used to deliver new and innovative housing programs suitable for many groups within the Canberra community.

Each development is unique in its offering and varies in planning and design.

A proportion of our properties are sold under the ACT Government’s Land Rent Scheme while others are sold directly to the market as off-the-plan apartments, townhouses and houses.
