HomeGround Real Estate is Canberra’s is looking for our next property management superstar to assist with our growing portfolio. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to provide a full service to HomeGround landlords.
This is not your average property management role – we have a wide range of residential properties and strata complexes in our portfolio and we work as a close-knit team to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

As a Property Manager you will be covered by the CHC Enterprise Agreement 2025 – 2029 and entitled to an initial salary of $85,992 plus 12% Superannuation pa.

CHC provides a home today to 1300 Canberrans in 466 homes owned and rented at below market rates. The Manager Tenancy Services plays a pivotal role in delivering high quality, person-centred tenancy management across CHC’s Social and affordable housing portfolios. Working closely with the Director, Service Delivery. The role is responsible for operational leadership and supports tenancy services staff to deliver high quality, responsive housing services. It ensures compliance with legal and reporting obligations, sustains tenancies, and actively promotes tenant wellbeing. This role champions service excellence, leads tenancy workforce capability, and ensures regulatory and policy compliance.
The Manager is also instrumental in implementing new tenancy allocation models, improving customer experience, and embedding performance accountability frameworks aligned with CHC’s strategic objectives and values.
As the Manager Tenancy Services (CHC 5), you will be covered by the CHC Enterprise Agreement 2021 – 2025 and entitled to a salary commencing at $107,862.00 pa, plus 12% Superannuation per annum.
