“The Bradfield” is a new community that has been established on a well-known site within Downer.

The site was previously home to the Downer Primary School and is in close proximity to the Dickson and Downer shops as well as the CBD.

This development contains a mix of apartments and townhouses for sale on the open market, the profits of which aid CHC to deliver more affordable housing programs to the Canberra Community. The third and final stage will be developed by fellow local not-for-profit, Goodwin Aged Care, in partnership with CHC, and as part of this partnership CHC will provide a range of affordable retirement living options to downsizers in the Downer community.
