Availability: 2 SDA-enrolled bedrooms per home + 1 additional bedroom for support staff or family

CHC’s Scullin SDA Housing Initiative offers purpose-built, long-term homes for individuals with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. Each of the six homes features:

• Level entry access & wide doorways
• Accessible kitchens with adjustable benchtops
• Bathrooms & laundries with grab rail provisions
• Ceiling hoist provisions in bedrooms
• Backup power for essential supports (min. 2 hours)

Tenants can choose their own support providers and enjoy a suburban lifestyle close to shops, services, and community amenities.

Please note: As this is an SDA property, an NDIS plan will be needed.
