Attention all tenants..

The ACT Government has now extended the $250 cash stimulus payment to include eligible tenants of CHC. All payments must be completed by the 30th September, 2020.

This payment can be paid to you either by direct deposit or cheque. Please note this cash payment cannot be applied to your rent account.

You can apply for this cash payment by completing the application form here and submitting via email to or by post to PO Box 6239, O’Connor ACT 2602.

Your application will be assessed based on the ACT Government’s Eligibility Criteria and you will be notified whether you are eligible to receive a payment or not in due course. For more information on the stimulus payment and eligibility criteria please read the FAQ’s provided by the ACT government here.

Please note, this is a single payment per tenancy and can only be paid to the person named on the lease/occupancy agreement. If your agreement contains more than one person, you will need to nominate a person to receive the payment.  It will be the responsibility of the nominated person who receives the payment to decide how the funds are shared within the household.

The application form must be signed by all persons on the agreement, applications will not be processed without all persons on the agreement signing. Completed application forms need to be received by COB Wednesday 30th September 2020 to be eligible for payment.
