Every pre-application is assessed carefully. If you meet the eligibility criteria, program requirements and align strongly with the program, CHC may invite you to submit a full application.

Pre-applications open
The pre-application process for Turner One commenced on 6 October 2026.
As a first step, potential tenants are asked to complete a pre-application form.
Completing the pre-application form will help us understand your housing needs and help us determine whether you meet the minimum eligibility requirements before completing a full application.
The pre-application should take no more that 5 to 10 minutes.
Limited apartments are available for direct application through PCYC Canberra.
